1.  Unripe bananas

Banana is always considered good for your stomach. While mature bananas can help in constipation relief, the unripe banana tends to cause it. Unripe bananas contain more starch, which is harder for the body to digest.

During the ripening process, resistant starch is converted into natural sugars, which are much easier to digest.

2. Dairy products

Milk, ice cream, sour cream, cheese, and other dairy foods do not provide fiber. Dairy products contain lactose, a type of sugar, that a lot of people have difficulty in digesting, leading to abdominal bloating and gas.

Yogurt is the sole one that is fortified with additional fiber. Unsweetened yogurts created with traditional approaches are a fantastic source of probiotics along with a much healthier alternative.

3. Alcohol

Alcohol, especially when consumed in large amounts, can have a dehydrating effect that may increase the risk of constipation. Poor hydration, either due to not drinking enough water or losing too much of it through urine, can be linked to an increased risk of constipation. Effects of alcohol are always harmful on our body.

4. Caffeine

Caffeine is a stimulant which can make anyone have more bowel movements or in excess, diarrhea. However if a person is already dehydrated, the caffeine in coffee , black tea, colas, and chocolate can make constipation worse.
