1. Good grooming is an essential part of healthy hygiene.

Bathe regularly-  Everybody should take a shower or a bath every day. However, if there is a shortage of water, at least you should wet sponge your body especially areas like groins, underarms, hands, neck. Always take a bath after swimming, playing out in the ground. Always wash your hair twice a week to avoid dandruff and lice. Flossing your teeth helps in removing the plaque and prevent teeth decay. This keeps you away from bad breath as well. To maintain a healthy smile, visit the dentist at six-month intervals for checkups and cleanings.

Trim your nails.  You have no idea how unhygienic long nails can be?? Keeping your finger and toenails trimmed and in good shape will prevent problems such as hang nails and infected nail beds, gastric complaints.

Get proper sleep- Get plenty of rest — 8 to 10 hours a night — so that you are refreshed and are ready to take on the day every morning.
