Milk alone is the one food that has all the nutrients which the human body needs. It is good for person of any age. It is said that milk provides unique nutrition that no other food can provide. However, most people drink milk in the wrong way. That may cause health problems instead of getting the maximum benefits of milk. You may face digestion problems, skin allergies, bloating, weight gain and kidney disorders. Milk is the product which we get from animal that’s why it is high in hormone enzymes and amino acids. Drinking milk with meals

Drinking milk itself is a complete meal. When milk is consumed just before and after the meal. It is considered as two meals at a time. This puts extra pressure or extra load on your digestive system and as a result, body not absorbs and nutrients for meal and milk. So make sure to keep a gap of at least 2 hours between meals and milk.

Drinking milk with salty food

That makes it even more difficult to digest that can lead to gas bloating and constipation. It is always recommended to drink milk lukewarm or at least at room temperature. Heating the milk changes the molecular structure in the milk and make it light and easy to digestion.

Adding sugar to milk

Milk is naturally sweet as it contains lactose, which is a type of sugar. The table sugar is refined and processed with chemicals. It hinders the absorption of nutrients from milk. It is higher in calories and may cause gaining weight and if at all you want to add sweetness in the milk, use honey or jaggery powder.

Eating fruits with milk

If you are combining your milk with fruit, you are making the biggest thing. Having milk is incompatible with most fruits especially with citrus like oranges and lemon. Only sour milk which can combine with the milk is Indian gooseberry or Amla. Dates, banana, mango can be eat with milk if they are sweet and ripen.
If you are suffering from constipation, you should drink the milk in standing position. Best time to drink milk is after sunset. This is because the enzyme required to digest the milk properly are produced in the evening in our body. Almost 80% of milk is casein. Also, milk is rich in tryptophan, which induces better sleep.
If you are lactose intolerant means your body has to stop digesting milk. The degrading quality of milk, wrong uses can be the reasons. So here is what you can do, get cow milk and put it over the flame and add a pinch of dried ginger powder and let it boil for some time. Bring it to boil. Let It cooler bit start with drinking slowly.
