We can simply buy ready to eat foods when we have time crunch ( time saver).

Also, during processing of food, many essential nutritions be lost. Meaning those drinking juices instead of real fruit have high chances of not getting required nutrition and suffer from various vitamin and mineral deficiencies compared to our previous generation. And what food is meant for.
